"I am the manager of a six-person accounting department that uses Sage’s MAS 90. We were on version 4.0 and upgraded to 4.4 recently. We are a staffing firm and run a payroll for 700 plus employees every week and so data entry is a major concern. We maintain an Excel spreadsheet which shows all the hours and billing information for all of our employees.
We had tried using other resellers to come up with a way to import the data from our spreadsheet to MAS 90 quickly and painlessly. There were multiple suggestions and attempts before we met Beth. Beth’s answer was “OK, we can do that exactly as you want to!”. Within a matter of hours we were testing the import routines and within 2 days we were up and running both payroll and sales order imports for more than 800 employees in the first week.

Sub-contracting Plans
Since I am an Authorized Consultant, I do not sell product. My sub-contracting agreements vary, but include support billed through the reseller, direct support but all product sales through the reseller, and other options.
Who Benefits
Sole practitioners (you have to take a vacation SOME time, don't you?), new resellers with limited Sage 100 experience, growing practices who are finding it difficult to fill new positions, resellers experiencing turnover with little time to train new employees, firms that find their sales cycles very uneven (I can help out in that feast time, and don't cost you a penny in the famine).
